Symptom Checker

"Symptom checker" feature can be accessed on the front page (homepage) through the 'Symptom Checker' thumbnail


  1. Click on 'Symptom checker' on the homepage.
  2. You can choose the profile to be used by clicking the icon on the Symptom Checker homepage,
  3. Select the profile to be used or create a new profile if there isn't one yet
  4. If it's correct, click 'Start' to proceed with the self-checker

You can create multiple profiles that correspond to your family members in one account


The results of the Symptom Checker feature that have been completed will be stored in the "History". Choose the history according to the profile and the time of the examination you want to access to view the results of the examination again.


The Voice UI settings can be accessed on the main page of the Symptom checker service. Press the icon to activate or deactivate the Voice UI feature


The Symptom Checker feature is conducted by Katherine, which is an Artificial Intelligence (AI). Although Katherine has been validated by doctors, it cannot replace the role of a doctor.


The Symptom Checker feature is conducted by Katherine, which is Artificial Intelligence (AI) and not an actual doctor. Medical certificates and sick notes are documents issued by doctors who have a Practice License.


The Symptom Checker feature only provides initial treatment recommendations with actions that can be taken at home or over-the-counter medications that can be purchased at the nearest pharmacy.


The Symptom Checker feature only directs to possible diagnoses. For more detailed information, consult the symptoms you are experiencing with a doctor.


The voice UI feature is a feature that functions to read text questions and answers and for voice recognition feature.
