  • Don’t use sweets as a comfort when your child is upset, sad, or after taking medicine. Instead, offer emotional support, like a comforting hug.
  • Offer healthier snack options with no added sugar. Natural fruit is a great way to satisfy a child's sweet cravings while being better for their health.
