Stress

Lack of sleep

People with ADHD tend to have difficulty coping with intense emotions, including anger. - Other mental health issues such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED), Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), and Conduct Disorder:
